Use QCVN 109:2024/BGTVT to identify the applicable technical requirements and test framework for the product scope described above. Applicability still depends on the actual product, vehicle category, configuration and current Vietnamese procedure.

What the customer should prepare
- Product and intended-use description.
- Complete configuration or variant list.
- Drawings, specifications, materials and product markings.
- Available test reports, approvals and certificates with scope information.
- Production-site and target-program information.

How international evidence should be reviewed
Where a related UN Regulation is relevant, check the product type, technical characteristics, amendment series, approval extensions, marking and evidence scope. Do not treat an E-mark or approval document as automatic acceptance in Vietnam.
