LotusTSE supports international automobile, motorcycle and moped manufacturers; vehicle and regulated-product importers; component manufacturers and suppliers; and automotive technical organizations within the confirmed scope of services.
Experience of the key team
LotusTSE's key team members have more than 25 years of experience in Vietnam's motor-vehicle sector. This is the experience of the key team, not the age of LotusTSE. The foundation includes direct involvement in developing and implementing Vietnam's motor-vehicle type certification system, together with practical experience in testing, technical requirements, certification, COP and manufacturer programs.
How that experience is represented
Past experience is presented as technical and implementation expertise. It is not a claim that LotusTSE currently holds government authority, acts as a certification authority, owns an accredited laboratory or is affiliated with a regulator.
How we approach a project

- Determine applicable Vietnamese requirements.
- Review international and local evidence.
- Identify gaps and controllable risks.
- Define necessary testing and documentation.

Risk mitigation
LotusTSE aims to identify mismatched configurations, evidence outside its scope, missing technical information, unsuitable representative samples, unassessed changes and Vietnamese requirements that have not been included in the plan. Risk mitigation is not a guarantee of approval, certification, processing time or a risk-free project.
Project accountability
LotusTSE commits to the quality of deliverables within its control: clear analysis, traceable evidence review, visible gaps, defined actions and project coordination. Testing results and decisions by authorities or authorized organizations remain outside LotusTSE's control.
