When the service is needed
- A new product or range is planned for the Vietnamese market.
- Evidence under UN Regulation No. 30, 54 or 75, as applicable exists, but its relevance and scope require review.
- A product family and representative sample must be defined.
- A change may affect testing, certification documentation, markings or COP.
What the customer should prepare
- Complete size range and intended vehicle category.
- Construction, load index, speed symbol, tread and sidewall markings.
- Test reports and UNECE approvals with amendment series and extensions.
- Production site, family logic and launch plan.
What LotusTSE does
- Define the type or family boundary from the actual tyre category, construction, size designation, load index, speed symbol, tread and variant range.
- Map the applicable requirements under QCVN 34:2024/BGTVT for automobile tyres or QCVN 36:2024/BGTVT for motorcycle and moped tyres and review evidence under UN Regulation No. 30, 54 or 75, as applicable.
- Check traceability across product, marking, test report, approval document and approval scope.
- Identify gaps, representative samples, test work, technical-file actions and relevant COP controls.

Risks identified and reduced
The review helps identify mixing incompatible tyre categories, selecting a non-representative size, mismatching markings and documents, or assuming an E-mark alone establishes Vietnamese compliance, reducing avoidable repeat work and late documentation changes. UNECE evidence is reviewed case by case and is not presented as automatically accepted in Vietnam.
